We are Nashville Tennessee's oldest Towing and Recovery service. Operating in South Nashville since 1929. What we have here is a 2001 BMW 5-series convertible that was involved in a collision with another vehicle and the police had it towed to our impound lot. The owner came and removed his personal items from the vehicle and promised to come back and get the car. He chose to abandon the vehicle instead .He kept the key when he removed his items so we do not have a key and can not verify the correct miles. We have no way of knowing what the actual milage is. We entered 99,999 so the system would allow the add. The car was towed in from an accident and neither the owner or finance company responded to the registered letters notifing them that the vehicle was going to be sold.Look carefully at the attached pictures and feel free to ask any question you may have concerning the vehicle. As you can see it was hit on the drivers side. NOW, VERY VERY IMPORTANT, This vehicle will come with the legal paper work to register this vehicle in "TENNESSEE" and receive a clear clean title. We do not know what the laws concerning abandoned impounded vehicles are in other states so please check with your state before bidding!
