1970 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ The Good: Rare SJ Model, getting hard to find Fully Rebuilt 400ci pontiac (69 block rebuilt to Ram Air 3 specs) with performance heads. VERY FAST. Tons of Power! New Edelbrock intake and Holley Carb Fully Rebuilt TH400 trans with shift kit (Mar 2012) New U joints and yoke 3.23 Posi Rear Car sounds mean and runs great Electric Fans New Hooker Super Comp headers Brand new dual exhaust Buckets, Console, new sill plates His and Hers shifter New Carpet Radio antenna in windshield Power windows Tilt Power steering Disc brakes VERY straight body and great chrome, doors close nice (no sag) gaps are nice Floors and frame solid, no rust or rot Frontend tight, handles great Restored Rally II wheels New SJ emblem for the trunk lid and 'Grand Prix' letters for the trunk come with the car Original owners manual The Bad: Motor is not numbers matching Big chip in paint on passenger side quarter at the vinyl roof. (About 3" in diameter) Bubbles forming near lower part of vinyl roof all around small scratch on hood Small bubbles forming on lower trunk lip. Radio missing. Quarter window motors are getting tired, slow coming up Overall a great machine that needs VERY little tlc to be A1. This car is plated and on the road with no issues whatsover. Drive it home!
