This car is being relisted due to a long-distance non-paying bidder, who never saw the car. This is my 1996 Rolls-Royce Silver Spur IV long-wheelbase sedan. This is a clean, no-rust Texas car. A total of 507 Silver Spur IV models were built from 1995-1999 averaging 100 per year. This car cost $170,000 new in 1996, and it is absolutely the pinnacle of handbuilt old world British luxury. This car has the traditional Rolls-Royce 6.75L V8 engine, automatic transmission, electro hydraulic suspension, plus every conceivable luxury. Every piece and part is hand-fabricated and made from the finest woods, hides and metals. There is not another car in the world built to this level of quality. This car has 81,654 miles and it looks, runs and drives like new. Everything works just as it should and there are no mechanical problems or worries. This car drives exactly the way it should. The hydraulic suspension and brakes are working very well. The air conditioning is ice-cold. There are no warning lights on; I would drive this car anywhere in the country without worry. The body is gorgeous, clean and dead-straight down every panel. The paint is very nice and in good condition. The interior is pristine, beautiful and is like nothing you've ever seen. The quality of materials is the highest in the world. This car rides and drives like a dream- it is smooth, quiet, powerful and responsive. The tires are the correct Michelin white-stripe models. This car includes such luxuries as heated seats, rear-seat picnic tables, rear seat C-pillar vanity mirrors and rear power seats, plus a full set of 2-inch-deep sheepskin woolen floormats. To be picky, the only faults I can mention are that the left rear window does not go down; it is either disabled or does not work. The leather on the dashboard around the center alarm system sensor is slightly shrunken, and the wood door that covers the radio (JVC unit) is a little finicky when closing and opening. That's it- this car is outstanding in every way. This car is kept in my building in Willoughby, OH. With its rarity I guarantee you won't find another like it for sale.
