This is an amazing older classic Mercedes Benz covertible roadster.It is a 1973 450SL model and definitely the favorite when it comes to this body series.This was the only year,other than the 1972,that came with small classy chrome bumpers and wheel caps that actually match the color of the car.This is highly collectible car and was extremely well preserved for its age.Bought new in Southern California.Very rare Tobacco exterior with a very complimentary Bamboo interior.It looks oh so nice because it was not only always garaged,but only has 52,834 original miles.I do have all books and records that come with the winning bidder.The car is finely tuned and can make any long trip with no problem.Engine runs perfectly.Perfect exhaust.No play in the steering.Brakes are in great shape.Tires are almost brand new.Paint is in spectacular condition.Looks like new.No rust ever.Canvas softop has no wear anywhere.This is a 2 top car,so it does have a hard top too.The seats are rip free.The whole interior was nicely kept up and still all original.It does have the original German Becker radio that still does work.Summer is around the corner,and this would make a real great conversation piece.Super clean car from top to bottom.I haven't come across too many 450's in this kind of shape.It was almost as though it was kept in a time capsule.Great investment for the future.Definitely better than the stock market or any bank CD.
