For sale 1971 Dodge D200 pickup truck. Very good condition for a 40 year old truck that i believe has never been restored.The truck is very solid, runs and drives good. Transmission's front seal leaks a little bit and sometimes shifts a little bit eractic. I drive the truck most everyday running errands and short trips.Engine is a 318 four barrel with electronic ignition and automatic. Power brakes , manuel steering , AM FM eight track,chronometer (doesnt work) no cracks in dash or vynil seat. Body is solid with a couple small rust holes in the driver side rocker panel and cowl where it meets the fender. Rocker steps are solid with no rust holes on both sides. passenger rocker shows no rust or holes. Bed floor is still very solid. Under the hood , the inner fenders have no rust holes and the paint would actually clean up and shine. I have owned a few of these trucks and this one is in amazing condition.Everything is exact original ,except four barrel intake and carb,electronic ignition and a brake controller previous owner installed. I bought it from the previous owner who told me it belonged to a feed store in Arkansas before him.This truck is a survivor , and is un-molested.I bought it with the thought my wife would drive it also, but with no power steering she doesnt exactly get along with it. The crack runs horizontial and is on the passenger side only. And the body panel located below the grill and above the bumper , i think its called the valance ? This panel has a few rust holes. I have layed under the cab a few times and cannot find anything but a little bit of surface rust. The mounts are as strong as i have ever seen with no rust , in fact there is a few places under the cab you can still see factory paint.
