This is my grandmothers car that was bought new from Oldsmobile in El Reno OKlahoma in 1982. We live on the farm so almost all of our vehicles have been diesel, so we have maintained this vehicle the same way all of our tractors and trucks and other machinery has been. Grandmother drove this car up until around 1999 then she got a cadillac, and grandad just used it sparingly to run for parts and things since then. It's probably only had 10-15 thousand miles put on it in the last 15 years. It starts good, runs good, transmission shifts good. The door window is out of its track on the drivers side and goes down crooked if you don't hold it straight. But it does work. The glow plugs work. 2 new front tires 2 years ago, the paint is faded, but could probably be waxed to shine up some. The cloth on the drivers seat is starting to tear at the top. The A/C needs to be charged (worked last summer). I have the missing hub cap. The dimmer switch doesn't work, so the bright light plugs have been disconnected, we just use dim or don't drive at night. The headliner is coming down in some places, but we have it tacked up. The fender filler pieces have cracked and fallen off. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THIS IS THE ORIGINAL MILEAGE ON THE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
