Condition: This is an extremely strong truck and is in great condition for a 98' 4x4 truck. The clear coat has started to oxidize a bit in spots and there are a couple of little dents and dings but the body is very straight and the truck still looks and performes great. This truck has not been used much since it was modified for off road use, and has not been abused at all. I have had very little time to use it since it was completed. It has very low milage (Under 70,000) and runs perfect. It has been well maintained throughout all of its years. I am the original owner and have most of the maintinence paperwork. Door Panels had to be molded a little in order to close against the inner roll cage. (See photos) This truck gets a lot of looks! Features: This truck has a solid front axle conversion done by Lavender Bros. in Seaside CA. It has DANA 60's in the front and rear. Both axles were rebuilt from scratch with all new parts. King Coil Over shocks at all 4 corners. A three link rear and a five link front. It has a (Klune V) 4 : 1 underdrive for crawling, 35 spline inner and outer axle shafts, Warn Hubs, Detroit Lockers front and rear, full inner roll cage, which has been trussed through the cab of the truck to the rear and back to the frame. It has a Fuel Safe fuel cell (32 gallon), hydrolic assisted stearing, and 40 inch Pro Comp X-Terrain Tires on 20" Pro Comp Weels. It has a full size spare of same make tire and wheel. Tires are virtually brand new. These Pro Comp tires cost about $650.00 a piece brand new and there is a total of 5. It has a Jacobs Ignition, Turbo City Air Intake, Edlebrock Headers, Dual exhaust, Custom tube bumpers, Warn 9500Ti High Speed Winch, and an Anti-Rock front sway bar. Gas gage was replaced with an aftermarket one under dash. Also has Alpine CD Stereo, CD changer, 2 Ten Inch subs, kenwood eq., and 2 amplifiers. Hypertech power programmer included. Vehicle no longer has anti-lock brakes due to the axle swap. Speedometer is closely calibrated but is not 100% accurate. Within a couple miles per hour. It is the best that could be done with the wheel speed sensor after the wheel speed sensor had to be moved from the original rear axle to the tail housing of the transfer case. History: I have owned the truck since I bought it brand new. I drove it for about 5 years to and from work and then decided it was time to take it to the next level. The custom build took about two years total. By the time it was done I no longer had time to really use it the way I wanted to. For the most part it has sat covered in my driveway getting to go for a cruise every month or so just to keep things lubbed up. The truck is exremely fun to drive on or off road and it passes California Emissions. Drives better than it did stock. It drives perfectly straight and no speed wobbles at all. This truck has plenty of power with a 5.2L V8 and 5.13 gears front and rear and cruises on the freeway extremely well. Shipping and Payment: Shipping will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
