Vehicle Detail
1991 Mustang LX 5.0 Coupe / Notch Notchback Please read entirely, I will try to answer and take pictures from whatever angle you may want. I am selling my 1991 Ford Mustang LX Coupe, the economy has hit the point where I must part with my car. It has been rebuilt from top to bottom. This has had the engine rebuilt within the last year and has some performance parts along with many many new parts. I bought this car about 3 years ago. This was a running car when I purchased it and just started to restore it back to showroom quality. This car is an Original 5.0 car and has had many many things replaced or rebuilt. The car currently does not have catalytic converters but still has all O2 Sensors and EGR, etc. The only thing that I removed was the Catalytic converters and I still have the smog pump and the other emissions equipment that is included in the sale in case the new owner wants it. I took the catalytic converters off because I replaced with an X-Pipe. One of the most important things is that this car has NO RUST whatsoever! It has never been in an accident as far as I know, and the carfax proved it.This is an original 5.0 Mustang. I have receipts for most everything that I’ve done so far. Here is a list of all the new parts that I have purchasedand are included with the car: Rebuilt engine including the following: 5.0 Newly Rebuilt Engine w/ less than 500 milesNew Rings / BearingsNew Water PumpNew High Volume Oil PumpNew Comp Cams Cam ShaftHedman equal length HeadersNew Push rodsNew LiftersNew ARB Head BoltsNew Motor mountsNew Transmission MountNew HosesNew BeltNew StarterNew Power steering HosesNew ThermostatNew SparkplugsNew Ignition WiresNew Distributor CapNew Distributor RotorNew O2 SensorsCOMP Cam24 lb InjectorsHedman HeadersBBK X-Pipe (Offroad)Flowmaster ExhaustFlowmaster Exhaust Pipes5 Speed T5 Transmission Paint job was $5,500 NOS Carlite WindshieldNOS Carlite Passenger/Driver GlassNOS Carlite Quarter GlassNew HeadlinerNew VisorsNew FloormatsNew Door HandlesNOS Keylocks/KeysNOS Ignition SwitchNOS Hood insulationAll new weather stripping / 10 Piece Weather StrippingNew Headlights (Headlights are NOS and quarters and centers are good quality Repros)New Cluster LenseNew Window MotorsNew Interior/Exterior Dew Wipe SetNOS Door Outer Belt Molding LH NOSNOS Ford Emblem FrontNOS Ford Emblem RearNew 5.0 Emblems / FendersNew LX emblem trunkTitanium Grey DashTitanium Grey QuartersTitanium Grey SeatbeltsNew Titanium Grey Speaker TrayNew Titanium Grey Door Panel PocketsTitanium Grey Front SeatsTitanium Grey Rear SeatNew Door HandlesNOS Black Lock/Key SetDoor Window Motor KitNew Door Lock ActuatorsFender 12 Piece Bolts (Zinc Yellow)Hardtop Windshield Molding Mounting Clips I currently have about $15k invested in parts and paint job, this is not including the car. However, I know that I am not going to be able to get my money back, so I hope it goes to someone who can appreciate it and use it as a weekend driver and continue making it better. This would be perfect for someone who has been looking for a Notchback and wants a show quality car. I have not spared any money when purchasing parts and when I had the paint job done. The complete undercarriage was redone and recoated with durable chassis paint. The door panel arm rests do have the plugs, however they weren't installed when I took the pictures, also the pictures of the undercarriage and some were taken when the car was taken apart. If you have any questions please call me, I encourage anyone that is within driving distance as pictures do not do the car justice. You need to see it to believe the condition it is in. 928-503-5700 call or text with any questionsThe reserve is set low, but if you really want the car you can do the buy it now. It is a people magnet whenever I take it out. Not very often do you see Foxbodies, or much less Coupes on the road in this condition.I will only help with shipping once the payment is made and ONLY if we have made previous arrangements prior to winning bid. On May-12-12 at 02:04:34 PDT, seller added the following information: UPDATE I am hoping that everyone that is interested will get to see more pictures of the car. I had to find some more pictures of the car of different angles. I forgot to mention that the car comes with its Complete Manual and Pouch original to the car! Here are a few more pictures:
