1982 Daimler Benz VIN WDBBA45A8CB009826 Hard top convertible, 380SL roadster. Both hard and soft tops. Has been professionally maintained and had all regularly scheduled services and repairs by a qualified import service garage. Original paint is black. Interior is black leather. Driver's seat shows wear & has a small hole at left driver's hip. Options include power brakes, power mirrors, cruise control, air conditioning (needs a new compressor), power door locks, power steering, power windows, rear window defroster and European bumpers. This car is clean, runs great and is very reliable. This car will drive anywhere. Very low original miles at 117,488 and has been pampered since new. Owners manual and car cover included. Vehicle Emissions Inspection Certificate from the State of Maryland valid through July 31, 2013 Additional pictures are available. Note: Their is an issue with AutoCheck - specifically that they made a mistake with this vehicle. When I had this car inspected to pass emissions in April, 2011 the odometer read 113,513, NOT 130,513 as listed by AutoCheck. Someone typed the number in wrong and nobody at AutoCheck caught it. I purchased this vehicle in March, 2011 & I have lots of pictures of the car at that time - including a photo of the odometer showing 113,321 miles. I have no idea how to get AutoCheck to correct their mistake, and only became aware of it after creating this auction. So - everyone - this car has heated leather seats. They work REALLY well and are wonderful on a cold morning. They are also a MUST HAVE for anyone with a convertible who wants to drive with the roof down. Beautiful day but it's a little chilly? Go ahead and take off the hard-top, put down the roof - the heated seats will keep you warm. One small correction as well - this car does not have power mirrors. I don't know how that option got clicked, but apparently it did. This car is from 1982 - the mirrors are adjusted by little knobs, as they should be.
