Pontiac GTO Monkeemobile TV show car. May Davy Jones R.I.P. This car is was built for the 45th anniversary and final tour of the Monkees last year. It was also featured in an upcoming TV series showcasing the complete build and refurbishment to original spec for the 60's TV series with direction and commentary by it's original creator, Dean Jeffries. Unlike some other "copies" that lack many of the details of the original, this 1967 Pontiac donor car is an original GTO 4-speed car in GM paint code "R" All custom upholstery and bodywork by D.C.C. Dakota County Customs. Custom chromed radiator cover/cap and belt cover as well as new custom exhaust. Many other custom touches, parachute pack, and custom gas filler cap. In keeping to the most original detail, the 6-7-1 blower cover and trumpet exhaust are for show only and are non-functional.
