Up for sale used to be a pocket rocket during its time. It has a 2.2 liter, four cylinder, turbo-charged engine with 146 HP. For the eleven (11) years that I used, it only has 88,724 miles or an average of only about 8,000 miles/year. Unfortunately, the engine is NO longer running as it has developed a water leak, possibly as a result of a cracked engine block. It has been parked in our driveway for the last sixteen (16) years, unused. It was registered with the California DMV as a non-operational vehicle since 1996 and as such, can be re-registered again without payment of any penalties. The exterior definitely needs to be repainted if the new owner wants to restore this to its previous glory. The paint has faded and has already oxidized in some places. However, the car has NEVER been involved in any accident and doesn't even have any dings nor dents. The interior is still in pretty fair condition given its 27 years of age. The front seats also have sheepskin seat covers. The left rear tire is in the luggage compartment as it has a hole on its sidewalls and therefore no longer usable. I am the original owner and I bought this new in 1985 at Los Gatos,CA. I am also a non-smoker. For the winner, the car has to be transported on a flat bed tow truck as the left rear brake drums are stuck, possibly due to its long storage. This is definitely for the car enthusiast who wants to restore this or even use it for parts for somebody who already owns one. I've been meaning to restore this myself but no longer have the same "need for speed" as I had when I was much, much younger. Good Luck!
