OUTRAGEOUSLY FAST STREET/STRIP 351 WINDSOR 5.8L ENGINE, RACE BUILT C4 TRANSMISSION 3000 STALL CONVERTER YOU CANNOT BUILD THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION FOR UNDER $ 5,000 When I bought this car it already had the 4 wheel disc brake conversion, frame ties, fuel cell, electric fuel pump manual steering rack and a 302 engine with a manual transmission. I purchased the 351 Windsor and C4 transmission from a friend a few months earlier (for a different project) and decided the 89 Mustang could be alot more fun with 500 HP and it is! I have not gotten to the point of buying the wheels and tires, so if you want to really hook up, you'll need to get them. The pictures speak for the body of the car, it's a southern original so no rust issues. The paint looks good from 20 feet but don't expect perfection, the car was originally blue. The rear seats are not bolted into the car, the power seats are not conected, the power windows function as they should. New door seals have been installed just recently. The rear bumper backer has been removed to reduce weight. The headliner has been tacked up as I do not want to put more money into the car, approximately $ 8,500 invested.
