Here is a very nicely preserved 1962 Kombi Bus. As you can see from the photos, the paint is almost show condition. It has a 1600cc engine with a straight axle in perfect running order. Brand new tires and rims and lowered to achieve that impressive, yet, retro look. All of the glass is perfect. The previous owner installed laminate wood flooring over the main compartment floor area. However, the floor on this particular area is solid as you can see from the undercarriage photos with the exception of the outer edge by the door. The driver's compartment floor is fairly solid as well with the exception of the outer corners on both sides by the doors. Previous owner replaced the dog leg on the driver's side but the passenger side needs replacing. The driver's side door has rust on the bottom; this can either be fixed or replaced. The bus does come with the roof rack; a very rare commodity now days. The previous owner stripped the interior in the process of restoration but as you can see, it was never completed. The pictures speak for themselves; with some money spent on the interior and repair of the mentioned areas you will have yourself an extremely nice, almost show quality bus. I will sell worldwide and will store the bus for a reasonable period of time until buyer makes shipping arragements.
