1993 Mercedes 300sd badged S350 In great running condition. This vehicle is the pinnicle of Automotive engineering in its day even now 19 years later. If you have not driven an S class w140 you have not driven a real car. This vehicle pampers you in luxury, style and is extremely frugal in its way,30mpg hwy with quiet crusing is spectacular. The double glazed windows do a phenomal job at keeping the interior whisper quiet. Long highway trips is were this Turbo diesel shines. This vehicle nicknamed the (mamouth )is huge with an overall curbweight of 2 tons.Safety is not an issue.Peace of Mind is the first thought that comes to mind in this overengineered tank. You must drive it to acknowlege my writing..... How about 650 miles a tank... The Exterior is in Good condition minor door dings here and there.Paint is Average with some oxidation on hood and trunk NO RUST. Body is straight as an arrow. The interior is in fine shape smells great non smoker throughout. The interior presents well and all options work well.However the power locks are inoperable.The rear passenger window motor works but does not come down(Needs a regulator $30.00 on Ebay. The close assist still works. The airconditioning is ice cold and the Evaporator was done several years ago. The heater works great also and all ventilation positions works as they should. The stereo has been upgraded and sounds great. Mechanically runs great. The Diesel engine starts right up as it should with a hint of diesel smoke when cold. Cruise control operates well. Main wiring engine harness was replaced several years ago with the new updated version. No expense spared in upkeeping this fine Diesel New serpentine belt Air filter and cabin filter recently replaced. Brakes are smooth no shimmy or squeaks Runs down the road smooth Fuel lines hoses replaced Injectors redone and calibrated. The Transmission Was just overhauled 7k miles ago at a price of $2400.00 reciepts to show. The Engine is whisper quiet. You can barely hear its a diesel. All maintainance has been done using Mobil 1 synthetic and none is overdue. All fuel lines and filters have just been replaced and you may drive this vehicle anywhere with assurance.
