Selling my 2003 BMW 525i. ONLY REASON FOR SELLING IS THAT I'VE RELOCATED TO SAN FRANCISCO FOR SCHOOL AND LIVE LESS THAN A MILE FROM CLASS, GROCERIES, ETC... Cannot park it anywhere here and simply don't need it anymore...Breaks my heart to see my baby go :'( ***Took car to Capital Eurocars (BMW dealership in Tallahassee, FL) less than 300 miles ago for an alignment/various old suspension piecves that needed to be replaced...They always do a through inspection of the car top, to bottom eevveerryyttiimmee I take my car in for service. Car is in tip, top shape.*** -Mileage/Maintenance/drivetrain...etc-Car has 216,000 miles...However, BMW recommends and I am religious about 10k oil changes (car holds 7 quarts of oil total)...most previous oil change, car was less than a half quart low before swapping oil...(10,000 miles and the car burnt less than half a quart, not ever topped off with oil) #:)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Car was my daily driver for a year and a half, never any problems to speak of...I'm a firm believer in keeping my vehicles well-maintained. Has K&N Cold Air Intake and a reworked exhaust.....BMW puts two (yes...two!!) resonators on these cars as well as the required catalytic converter (which is still in great shape btw) and then after all that nonsence they slapped a football sized muffler under the bumper...so i had a muffler shop whack it off and put a turndown in it's place.. (really deep sound....not honda 'pissed-off bumblebee sound) ANYTIME I HAVE AN ISSUE, this car goes straight to Capital Eurocars and is well taken care of...service records are all printed out and kept inside the car.---Within the past 7 months---Had all of the front suspension components replaces (ball joints, sway bar links, inner/outer tie rods...etc) as well as rear ball jointsEibach 1" lowering springs professionally installedAlignment done less than a month agoPair of Rockford Fosgate P3 12's mounted inside an authentic Rockford ported box...amp is a Rockford p400.2 Power steering flushed A/C flushed Belts replacedInterior-Black leather-only tear is about 3/4" long in the center of the driver seat...seam is coming loose, sure an upholstery shop could mend fairly cheaply.-Heated seats-Was originally woodgrain...had it resprayed with purple/black truck bed liner (professional job)-Rear deck (space between rear seats/back glass) 100% fiberglass with paint to match the rest of the interior bits-Pair of 2011 Kicker 6x9" mounted in fiberglass rear deck (once again, professional job)Exterior-8000k HID headlights (high/low)-Debaged trunklid (no longer reads "525i")-Car does have trailer hitch....just used it to pull small sportbike/motorcycle trailer to panama city, nothing larger than that...easily removed if it's that much of an eyesore.-Has few minor dents/dings...but overall it looks mintOther info-The wheels.....They are off of the same bodystlye 5series (m5 edition)...Had them powdercoated black...Costed me $1200 start to finish for these (tires are freshly rotated)Car comes with factory wheels and tires AS WELL AS the M5 wheels/tires shown in the pics. Tires on factory wheels have around 70% tread left/ M5 wheels/tires have aprox 50% tread remaining. She will be missed ;( bills<
