1970 429CJ Ranchero 4-speed Shaker: This is an original “J” code. First time offered for sale. This is a very rare 1 of 78 Cobra Jet Rancheros with a 4-speed close ratio transmission. This car has the original numbers matching engine, transmission and rear end. The engine was completely re-built less than 1000 miles ago. Has original carburetor, exhaust manifolds, distributor, intake manifold, and valve covers. Factory power steering, power disc brakes. After market center console. New clutch, new brakes, all new fluids. The car was originally painted black. Has since been re-painted Candy Apple Red. Body is laser straight. All door and hood gaps are excellent. The car is rust free. Spent all of its life in either New Mexico or California. The car has chrome magnum 500 wheels and new BFG Radial T/A’s. Complete new exhaust system with 2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers. Has upgraded Global West upper A-arms and 1 inch front sway bar. All original shaker hood and scoop in excellent working condition.
