The AUDI CPO expires July 31st 2012 You are looking at a 2009 Audi S5 with LOW Mileage- 318xx miles and a clear history. I am the second owner of this smoke free car and I am selling it so that I can get a 4 door car (probably an S4) due to 2 children now needing to access the back seat (by the way: it IS doable to have 2 car seats in the back seat of this car in case you're interested). After listing the car I was driving, parked the car, turned off the engine, and opened the door into oncoming traffic. The damage to the guy who hit my door was worse that my door which had MINIMAL damage. See below for a video of the minutes after the accident that I took that shows how minimal the damage was. Unfortunately I had to report the accident and get it fixed through insurance so it now shows up on my carfax (which is really annoying). Why does this accident mean absolutely nothing?A) I have video of the damage and as you can see its minimal http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VXP7ODBYI8UB) the repairs were expensive yet made the entire door and surrounding immediate area LOOK ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEWC) I can send you a PDF of the work order so that you can verify that the damage was only on the door and its hinges etc... but DID NOT EFFECT THE CAR MECHANICALLY WHATSOEVER This car is in absolutely near perfect shape for a 3 year old car. By that I mean there are NO SCRATCHES NO DENTS NO ABRASIONS WHATSOEVER except for maybe a very very minor mark here and there (so small that they may not even be visible in pictures and would need to be pointed out to you in person (which I will be happy to do)). This car has pretty much all the bells and whistles: bang and olufsen sound system, NAV, panoramic roof, iPod adapter, 19" alloy wheels FREE OF ALL CURB RASH- see pictures, and, what was the deal breaker for me originally, saddle leather seats- I listed them as "red" even though they are a cross between brown and orange. Simply beautiful. There is an accident reported on the CarFax above from when the car only had a few miles on it and was still on the grounds of the dealership. I have the pictures of this "accident" and it was BODY DAMAGE ONLY TO THE REAR CORNER OF THE CAR WHERE THE DRIVER'S SIDE TAILLIGHT IS. I have included a photo of that accident which was repaired by the dealer. Also: Feel free to take it to an Audi dealership to get the car checked out. Also: there is a discrepancy I noticed between the 2 owners I know this car has had and the 3 that the carfax shows: The person who bought the car with 5 miles on the odometer was the same person who bought it from his company's fleet right before I bought it from him.
