The present owner has had it for about 3 years and purchased it from the person who restored it. I am listing it for them and will try to answer or get answers for any questions. call me at 515-669-8464 The former owner supposedly restored it from top to bottom and stored it in a spotless carpeted room. It has shiny black paint, black interior, bench seat. It has not been detailed for about a year so it needs a little TLC. There is a box with some emblems and hood ornament and miscellaneous that goes with it. Starts and runs good. I have not driven it but have ridden in it and am told it drives good. See pictures for condition. The present owners drove it weekly during the summer months so the undercarriage is not as pristine as when they bought it. Th engine it came with was supposedly a built 390 with 3 Holley 2 barrel carbs. The present owner wanted more power and had a new engine built that he said was a 428 cubic inch, then put the 3x2 intake and carbs on it and had it installed. It is running a 4 speed manual trans and has a 9" posi rear end with a fairly low gear, maybe a 4.10, not sure which ratio it actually has in it now. It has headers and sounds good. The hood ornament and trunk lid letters were left off when it was restored. It has power brakes, and a line lock on it, but the wire is disconnected. It has the fiberglass hood that is on it and the stock steel hood which was painted to match at the time it was restored. The parking brake reportedly does not work. The shifter boot is torn. The speedometer reads 48,000 miles and was told it is accurate but cannot verify or guarantee this. The extra engine will be included, if buyer so wishes, at the Buy It Now price. I will try to represent this as accurate as possible but it is sold As Is with delivery or shipping being the responsibility of the buyer. Will have to be paid in full before it leaves and it has a clear title.
