This Spectacular Motorcar was produced in Crewe way back, when Rolls Royces were built there........both entirely by hand, of course. Original cost was well over $300,000.00 when new, and could well be considered one of the best values in the ultra high end luxury market, especially when the Continental GTC(built by VW owned Bentley) is still priced in excess of $100,000.00. Good Luck with Your Bidding!! The exterior colour is called "Arctic White and is in Beautiful Condition. There are the normal nicks and chips present from everyday use, but certainly nothing present to take away from its Gorgeous condition. Our Azure has spent it's entire life in South Florida, and has never been exposed to the Winter elements outside!! You can tell by the cosmetic condition that this Beauty was Always Garaged and Pampered!! The Dark Blue Convertible Top is Just Stunning and Compliments the Seat Piping quite nicely! The plastic rear window is nice and Clear The headlining is in very nice condition. Nice and Clear!!! Open Air motoring at it's Finest!!! The Clean Carfax report tells us that Our Stunning 1998 Bentley Azure has spent its entire life in Southern Florida. It was regularly serviced at Ultimate Motorworks in Longwood Florida from Very early in its life until March of 2005. Carfax tells us that in April of 2005, it then went to Miami with a new owner and lived there until May of 2011 when it was sold at auction with 34,729 miles on the odometer. We were lucky enough to acquire it in October of 2011 with about 34,900 miles. Driven just a few hundred miles in 5 months!! . I have had the pleasure of caring for this Gorgeous Azure DHC since October 2011. While sorting I've driven it about 500 miles or so. The motorcar drives extremely well with no issues noted. All features are functioning normally to include the Cruise Control as well as the convertible top hydraulics. It is riding on a matched set of Avon Turbospeeds with about 60% tread remaining. As most of you probably know, these are the recommended tyres and are only available at the Crewe Genuine Parts(Bentley) dealer, and are quite expensive! . The interior is finished in White Hides with Royal Blue piping. It is in Beautiful condition and has been expertly re-dyed where necessary to freshen its appearance. The Gorgeous Light wood trim is just amazing!! Entirely made and finished by hand, it is in excellent condition with only a few small hairline cracks in the clear urethane finish. All of the interior features are functioning correctly except the drivers seat heater and power lumbar support. My guess is that something came unplugged. I will have this issue investigated during the course of the auction. If it is an easy repair will be done. Difficult(costly) will not be done. The air Conditioning blows ice cold, and the Cruise Control actually works, as does all of the windows and interior lighting. Seats work in all directions and the Alpine Sound System is Just Wonderful!! The Wood in this car is just So Gorgeous. It almost looks like Birds Eye Maple, but is a shade too dark!!!! No Smoking Here!!! The large and small tools have gone missing sometime ago. The emergency flair is present along with a spare bottle of LHM Fluid We have just had our expert technician install a rebuilt power steering rack with a one year warranty. He also performed an oil change with Mobil One synthetic oil and a Crewe Genuine oil filter, and installed a new coolant thermostat. Fresh Pennsylvania Safety and Emissions inspections were just done and it passed with flying colors.
