No Reserve auction of a rare SUPER-LOW mileage ONE-OWNER convertible. Excellent condition Southern California car: My parents bought the car new in 2004 at the Torrance dealership only 2 miles from where they live and work. It has been garage-kept and driven an average of 3,700 miles a year. eBay's Experian Autocheck confirms that the car has only been driven 1000 miles over the last 2 years. Blue Book - Private Party Sale for this model with only 30,000 Miles: - in "Excellent" condition = $12,282 - in "Very Good" condition = $11,932 Blue Book - Retail (sold by a dealer) for this model - in "Excellent" Condition = $14,157 Details: - Silver convertible with black soft-top and light tan interior. - Garaged kept. - Black convertible top shows no observable signs of fading or wear. Excellent condition. - Turbo-Charged - 2.3 Liter 5-cylinder engine rated at 242 horsepower - Factory stereo system: 3-CD changer, 400 watts, 14 speakers. - Wood grain console and shift knob. - Leather bucket seats. Power adjustable. No observable cracks, rips, or tears in the leather. Very comfortable. - Heated driver seat. - Dual front and side air bags. - Power steering, power ABS disc brakes, cruise control, etc. - Optional wind screen included. - Purchased and regularly serviced for 8 years at Power Volvo Torrance. - Car primarily used to commute a modest 4 miles a day - round trip. - The car is in overall excellent condition and runs extremely well. NOTE: There are some light superficial scuff marks on the right side of the car (see Pics #10 and 22), a scratch on the trunk lid (see Pic #21), and a small scrape on the edge of the front right wheel rim (see Pic #8). These are the only blemishes that I have observed. If I notice anything else, I will post new photos. The market: I searched at least eight of the top auto sales websites and could not find another soft-top first generation C70 (model years 1999-2006) anywhere in California that is in this good a condition, especially with such low miles and at this low a price.
