However we do make it available to the public for a limited time before we take it to a local auction or sell it to wholesaler. It has not been inspected and it is sold as-is. This is what I know about it from a quick walkaround and test drive. 1997 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Extended Cab 5.0 V8 Auto Trans 91790 Miles The engine seems to run good. Seems to run even, no knocking or anything unusual. The transmission shifts smoothly through the gears, reverse works fine. It steers well, no shaking or unusual vibration or pulling when you are driving it. The tires are in good shape. The brakes function well, no pulsating, grinding, or pulling one way or the other when applied. The 4x4 works. All of the gauges seem to work. There are no warning lights on.
