I bought this car in 1979 and it has 57,900 DOUMENTED MILES accumulated. EXTERIOR: There are no dings, scratches or any other paint issue. Although the car has the European Headlights, I still have the other set of Headlights that will also go with the Car. The black Canvas Soft top is in excellent condition, not faded, stained or ripped. The matching Hard Top comes with a rolling Stand and Cover. The original Mercedes Chrome Alloy Wheels are stunning and spotless, the exterior trim in superb condition. Kept garaged and in sunny California climate at all time, the original white factory paint (with red stripe) is glossy and stunning as it was when I bought the car. INTERIOR: The Car has every Factory Option Mercedes offered that year, including A/C, Power Windows, and Power Antenna. This particular color match of white exterior/red interior is not seen very often and stands out wherever the car is seen. The leather and other interior are in beautiful condition and has the two seats in the back as you can see in the pictures. I also have a Windbreaker for the Car when you drive it top down. MECHANICALLY: The engine has been maintained and I have all the records to show. Runs and drives smooth but powerful. Engine and Transmission are in perfect shape which can be attested to. OVERALL: This is a rare opportunity to own an extremely nice and pampered 1979 MERCEDES 450 SL ROADSTER.
