(818) 200-7529 We are Vintage CB, a full service vintage motorcycle shop located in Glendale, CA. 1968 Honda CL450 Scrambler THIS AUCTION IS FOR THIS MOTORCYCLE, COMPLETELY RESTORED AND IN PERFECT RUNNING CONDITION. We are close to finishing this bike and wanted to make it known it is available for any potentially interested clientele. As you can see in the photos, there are a few things missing that we are still waiting on from the dealer, but it will be fully completed by the time this listing ends. It is waiting on: New front rubber fork gaiters (dealer enjoys shipping them slow boat to China style apparently) New tires (will come with new Bridgestone S11's) Yes, we do have the side cover mounts and cross tube, they simply weren't yet mounted for the photos Front brake cable and new speedo & tach cables have not yet been installed Does come with stock air boxes, they will be correctly mounted but not shown in photos New petcock and fuel lines were not yet installed at the time of these photos. Any other concerns, please feel free to ask! Sidenote: Paint is more red than photo tint makes it appear Here is a list of what the finished product will have: -Engine was opened up and fully rebuilt. All new piston rings, valve job; head, base and valve cover gaskets replaced -The frame was sandblasted and repainted, all aluminum on the engine, forks and wheels were polished to a mirror finish -The gas tank, side covers and headlight bucket have been repainted -Carburetors were taken apart, cleaned, polished and rebuilt -New throttle, clutch, speedo and tach cables -New air filters -New tires (not pictured) -New chain -New fuel lines and filters -New fork seals and fork dampening oil -New battery -New oil, oil slinger fully cleaned out, spark plugs and plug boots replaced -New brakes front and rear -New ignition points and condensers -Valves and timing set to correct factory spec -All electrical gone through, all switches and lights working, charging system tested and working properly -New grips, clutch / brake levers, clutch cable adjuster and pivot bolt Comes with our standard guarantee: If there is anything you are unhappy with (throttle response, oil leak, battery charging, turn signals stopped working,etc.) bring it back within 30 days of the date you received it from us and we will take care of the problem at no charge. (Obviously you must be local to the LA area to take advantage of this, and no, we will not pay for a shop in your area to work on it :) )
