You are viewing an auction for one very clean numbers matching 1971 Plymouth Satellite Sebring. Painted in 2006 this car has lots of new and rebuilt parts with a few left to install makeing it a sweet driver and minor project. Drivetrain- Approximately 100 miles on rebuilt 2 barrel 318 with rebuilt heads, fresh grind on crank, performance cam and lifters with .425 lift and pertronix electronic ignition. A 904 automatic transmission has been resealed and has new rv torque converter. 8 1/4 rearend has new track lock 2.71 gear ratio from randys ring and pinion. Paint and Body- Nice driver quality repaint is a shade darker than its original b5 blue and has a few scratches and chips with the worst being on the drivers door (see pic). The only rust issue on the car is a 2x3 inch section on the drivers side lower trunk extension where the drain tube hole has rusted out further(see pic). All floors are original and rock solid. Satellite Sebring emblems for rear quarters and deck lid are included. Interior- The inside of the car is all original and complete. The only parts that show major wear are the seats (split seams) and the dash pad has a few cracks ( car comes with a new dash cap kit). Headliner, door panels and dash gauges are very nice. Suspension and Brakes- New hemi leaf springs, new gas adjust shocks, new mp disc brake kit for front, new drums in back, new inner and outer tie rods, new upper and lower ball joints, new polyurethane trans mount. 15 inch cop car wheels are in excellent shape with new dunlop gt qualifier tires. Electrical- All lights work, (dim slightly at idle which is common with old mopars), all gauges work except clock. Wiring is in really nice shape and side marker lights are new. am radio functions properly. Heater warms car and fan operates at different speeds but defrost to heat control needs to be hooked up. few issues that will need to be addressed- no wiper motor, has all other wiring, shafts and arms. Needs vinyl top installed along with trim- comes with brand new legendary black vinyl top and original trim with new mounting clips. One 3 inch piece of trim for the c pillar is broke and will need replaced. Very nice rear glass comes with new clips and original trim which will all need to be installed. Chrome post that rolls down with rear drivers window will need reglued to glass. Car comes with bags and bags of new laysons clips, screws and fasteners, new door seals, new firewall insulation installed, new rubber bumper kit for doors. All glass is in very good condition. GTX/ road runner used parts go with the car which include hood, box of rallye gauges, new rear sway bar, new machine gun exhaust tips. This car runs, stops, steers and brakes very well and gets lots of attention cruisin the streets. Comes with a binder full of original literature and receipts.
