This is a 1992 Taurus SHO with 90k original miles. When I purchased the car the motor had been replaced with an 82k mile motor but the previous owner could not get it to run. I got it running but have had very little time to spend on the car so I'm going to let it go. The cons are: the battery needs to be replaced, it has a blown brake line so therefore no brakes at the moment, and the left front wheel bearing howls. I have a new bearing for the front. The dash is cracked from heat. In the past the heater core has leaked some but the last time I drove it it did not. I have driven the car quite a bit before the brakes went out without the leaking problem so do not know if its bad enough to need to be changed or not. The clearcoat is gone off the top of the car and there is a dent in the left front fender. The pros are: the car starts and runs good. The tires have at least 50% tread. It had a nice Dynomax catback exhaust along with a catless Y pipe. The clutch seems to hold, if I remember correctly the previous owner installed a new clutch but I am not positive.
