In this auction you will be bidding on a 2007 Cadillac Escalade SUV. There are a few minor issues: Loose front bumper, driver side door handle is loose (the mounting stud is broken and will have to be replaced), windshield is chipped and there are a couple of scratches. Otherwise the vehicle is in good condition and runs great. There is currently a Maine inspection sticker on it good through July 2012. The vehicle has AC, Automatic Transmission, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Power Seats, Power Door Lock, Power Windows, Cruise Control, Tilt Wheel, Moon Roof, Custom Wheels, AM/FM Stereo & CD Player (6 Disc CD Changer with 3 pairs of Headphones - Factory). The current mileage is 78,191. The unit is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees, implied or otherwise. You may examine the unit, which is located in Farmingdale, ME. Transportation to and from Farmingdale will be your responsibility and you will not be able to drive the unit prior to sale. You are responsible for transportation of the unit; we will not be coordinating shipping or transport. The buyer will also be responsible for understanding the titling and registration requirements in the state where the unit will be titled. This is a repossessed vehicle; the lien will be released upon successful sale of the vehicle (Reserve being met). A $500.00 deposit is required with 48 hours of auction end. The remaining balance is due within 7 business days of auction end. All sales are final. The only payment methods accepted are cash (in person) and bank wire transfer. The bank wire transfer information will be given upon request to the winner. We will not be accepting cashier’s checks, bank checks, personal checks or money orders.
