About that fellow who left us a Negative Review Recently: Oh goodness, that was totally my human error! I had loaded several items to eBay that day and had not turned off the eBay "auto accept" of Buy It Now Offers in that last listing. I should have been more careful and drank more coffee that day. Since we are a real Vintage Service Shop, stock on the internet can also be sold at our brick and mortar and those shocks had been sold just hours before to a fellow with a Vintage RD. I go over inventory and pull listings every evening if items are sold during the work day. Sadly, that item had been auto sold - I explained the mistake to the fellow, apologized profusely, and instantly refunded his money. If they were still in my building I would have fought for them for the fellow, but they were on a bike, and long gone. Ah well, you can only do so much. I'll try harder, drink more coffee, and use my fine toothed comb on every listing. Anywho - read some of the good reviews! I love matching Vintage Bikes with new owners!
