2005 Honda Shadow

Up for bids is my 2005 Honda Shadow 600 VLX. I bought it a little over a year ago for my wife as a step up from her 250 Rebel, and it is a serious step up. But with her home business and other commitments, she doesn't have time to ride anymore. And someone needs to be on this bike. It's a ton of fun to toss around in the twisties....even more fun than my Harley VRod. In these days of rising gas prices, it's a money saver at @ 55 mpg. And Spring is around the corner. Everything is in excellent condition except the chrome on the forward controls, which is peeling ( a common occurrence I'm told with items chromed in Brazil). I prefer to sell to someone w/in driving distance, but if the buyer does the "legwork" and the freight carrier is w/in 50 miles of 27030, I'll go along. If a local shopper wants, he can take it for a spin, but will have to put a deposit of $2000 cash and his car keys in my hand. Because I'm a Magistrate, I will not transfer an open title and this title is free and clear and ready to sign over. Payment will be by cashier's check drawn on Wells Fargo, Bank Of America or BB&T, or by cash. No immediate deposit is required, but sale must be complete w/in 7 days of auction end.
