This is a straight body no accident chassis. The car was stripped of everything Cobra and does not come with an engine or trans. All of the suspension, brakes, and rear end is all from a 1998 GT convertible. The interior is all MINT condition, no seats, or steering wheel. The reason it has the white door and rear trunk lid is because I wanted to have one key that matched everything. When I got the car it didn't have a trunk lid so I bought a 99 Cobra and used some of the body parts off of it to piece this one back together. The car has a clean carfax report. The only reason I am trying to get rid of it now is because I just bought a Corvette and no longer wish to finish this project. My loss is someone else's gain. This car can easily be put back together since all the 94-04 cars share so much in common. The issue with the title is the MILEAGE, when I bought the car and titled it the lady at the North Carolina DMV put in 1 as the milage because the Dealer that I bought it from didn't know the mileage and he put 1 on the bill of sale. So that's the flag, VIN number is above and your welcome to run a carfax. The car was a repossessed vehicle that the previous own gutted prior to the repossession. The car went to auction and a small used car dealership outside of Charlotte NC bought it with the same plans as I had but they opted to sell it, I bought it, and here we are. I have the previous owners name and actually met the guy, I got pictures of the car before he stripped it and it was a garage queen... extremely painful to see the before and after.
