This car has it all! All the bells and whistles and lots of room and then some! I often get comments that it looks new especially those that ride in it and those very folks are quite impressed when I tell them this is a 10 year old car! I bought this car in Nov '09 from my neighbor who moved out of state after my previous car was totaled by a guy running a red light. The neighbors told me that they had bought it from the local BMW dealership that had used it as a demo car and treated it well. More unlucky for me, within an hour (yes, that's right an hour!) of having possession of the car, a woman in my neighborhood ran a stop sign and hit the front driver's side quarter panel. You really can't make this stuff up! Anyhow, the car was repaired (by her insurance, natch!) and other than that first blip (no frame damage and airbags did not deploy), this car has been great and served me well. I had never really bought into all the hype that was the power and luxury of a 7series, but I tell you, I get it now. This car is so roomy (that "L" after the 745 gives you an extra 5 inches of leg room in the back) and the trunk is huge. I have fit a full size card table in there without issue and lots of luggage with room to spare. And power -- yes, this V8 has some power behind it for sure and it purrs down the highway. And luxury, well, yes, it definitely has all that too. My favorites include the power, heated and cooled seats and don't forget that those seats will massage too! And the automatic lights sensors, auto mirror dim, variable windshield wiper auto sensor (love!), hand controls on the steering wheel and voice activated controls too -- and last by not least, the parking distance sensors -- that feature is a godsend! And while I don't blast the sound system as I did in my youth, I do enjoy singing at lights as much as the next person and this car has the premium sound system with an additional 6 CD changer that I like to turn up on occasion just to embarrass my seventh grader and it sounds just tremendous. And there's more! This car is just so feature-rich -- please see all the features noted below. The interior and exterior of this car are both in good condition. There is normal wear for a car of this age with a few dings etc but you can see how well it has indeed fared in the photos of both the interior and exterior of the car. Right now there are two lights currently showing: 1) drivers side airbag fault. 2) passenger seat restraint system fault. Both are very common and do not impact drive-ability or safety -- in fact it still passes Texas' annual safety inspection with no issues. And I still drive it with my kids in the car and know that I wouldn't if I was in anyway worried about their safety (hence the car seat in the photos -- which btw, the car seat stays with me. I love that kind of car seat, keeps my kids safe when random people run red lights or stop signs!) . The title is free and clear. I have it in hand -- see photo below. Recent maintenance includes: new rear suspension and rear tires in Dec '10, new parking brake actuator, pax side headlamp module and pressure hoses/air intake plenum in April '11, new driver's side window regulator Oct '11.
