Vehicle Detail
1950 Ford F-1 Panel Truck. This is a neat old Panel Truck and would be a nice Hot Rod or Rat Rod. I have a Clear Minnesota Title that matches the Vin Plate, for this truck. The Truck has been painted Hot Rod Black. The Body on this truck is good, not great. There are dents, dings and rust. The Truck has its original Flathead V-8 Engine and 3 Speed Manual Transmission with the shifter on the floor. The Engine starts and runs well. I have replaced the Starter, Fuel Pump, Points and Plugs. The Brakes are up and working. I replaced the Master Cylinder and some Wheel Cylinders and Brake Shoes. It Runs, Drives and Stops. The Cab has some rust in it. The Dashboard is very nice and original with the original gauges. The Seat is a later model General Motors unit. It fits well and looks great in the truck. The Windshield is Good. The Side Window are good. One of the Rear Windows was broken, but I replaced it with a piece of plexiglas. The Front and Rear Doors are pretty solid, but there is a small rust spot on the front Passenger Door and a dent in the Rear Driver's Side Door. All of the Doors open and close well. The Cab Floor has some rust in it. The Running Boards have rust in them. The Front Fenders have rust and body filler in them. The Hood is very solid and has the proper Stainless Steel Trim. The Rear Fenders have some rust in them. The Bed of the Panel Truck has a piece of wood for the Floor. It appears to be original. It is good and solid and really doesn't need replacing. The truck has a set of 15" wheels and newer tires. It has Trim Rings, but does not have any Hub Caps. It does not have a Spare Tire. The Truck can be driven. It starts, runs and stops. I have been starting the truck with a 12 Volt battery. The lights are all 6 Volt, so they aren't working. The Truck should be trailered home. I may be able to assist with delivery, for a fee, within a few hundred miles of Canton, Ohio. I am posting good pictures and tried to give a good description of the truck. I will try to answer any questions through email. This truck sells without reserve to the highest bidder.
