Vehicle Detail
Ok. lets see if this works.. First - I DO NOT EXCEPT PAYPAL. on this large of amount. DO NOT ASK . 2nd- This car was posted b-4. turned out to be a scam. cause of this, If you bid you must call 614-465-2157 to confirm your bidder name. if i do not receive a call from that bidder. than i move on down to the next highest bid that called. remember no call no car. if i am unable to get to phone just leave a message with number and best time to call {time zone }. The car is a 76 mustang ll pro street project thats easy to complete. there will be no reserve. so it goes. this ad will not come down or change till bidding ends . Remember you are not getting a 10.000 dollar motor with this sale but a good motor to build on or drop back in car. i will give all the specs and pic's.This car was a one owner garaged kept { NO RUST} This car was built in the late 70's. When i got the car the car pulled hard off the line and pulled straight. Car has a full altered frame. set up for big block, car is back halved with nodular 9" with strange axle, ladder bar set up. . NEW- gauges, carpet, front and rear glass, line lock, pro shifter, wiring harness, lights, fuel cell and pump, brakes, lines, . now the dash turned out nice but after i kinda said aww. think i will go with a up grade to 05 dash. so that would be up to you. The only filler in this car is the seams where the side marker lights were shaved and new metal went in. also 1 small spot on the right front fender about the size of halve dollar. it was a small dent from where stuffed was stacked around it in the garage. i pulled it then then filled in. {no rust} There was 3 small drilled holes in the floor from running a cable and mounting a race seat. I used seam sealer not filler to cover the holes. so those can be ground off if a person wishes to see. There was no need in replacing any metal cause there was no rust around holes. when i painted the underside. i power washed then primed then painted. The paint that i used on the car was eastwood single stage urethane. I tried this on the hood then west sanded and polished it turned out nice. I then mounted hood and re -shot the whole car. The paint needs wet sanded and polished. I was going to let it sit till spring.to wet sand. there is a'lot of paint there to work with {thick}. .......as to motor this car was set up for dual battery. {drag } I did not care for this for having it pulled off the finish line. Then charging batteries, my plans were to make it street strip. so there is no electronics as far as msd. the motor is 71-460 .30 over .....10 to 1 motor. casting number. D1VE with a 3.85 stroke with 4.36 bore. dove c heads. with stock valves and 2.20 or 2" intake runner and a 2" exhaust, weiand tunnel ram with 2 660 carb's, backed by c-6 trans. and small stahl,,,, I don't know what the cam size is because i did not remove it, there was no need because my plans were to stroke the motor out, the trans ran fine. the motor did not smoke or leak nor did it run hot....BASIC good motor to build on.. what comes with car is the motor and stand that the motor is on, trans, headers, all the mounts and shaft, radiator, 1 racing seat, These mounts can be altered for any big block, Just keep in mind you don't call me to confirm. that you are that bidder i will not let this car go to you..... 614-465-2157.... I can only post so many pic's. but there is no rust on door jams or under the doors. or it the hatch area, also the sound system does not go... hope this helps. and good luck. cash in hand and will not ship............... {Do not contact me After bidding ends if no bids are placed,} For those that may be holding off to last minute to place bid. That may be fine? Just the chance you will have to take. If i don't confirm who that bidder is before ad comes down. NO SALE- NO SALE- NO SALE- ..... I just lowered the starting bid with no reserve.... the only phone calls i should be receiving is bidder name.. no e-mails will be returned....... Also I just now made a mistake in a phone call about the last time the car was posted and said the bid made it to 2500.. before the bidding ended. I was wrong.. it made it to 5500. and not 2500............. I understand how important it is to get the best bang for your dollar.. But understand this. my phone has been pounding since i lowered the starting bid. most of witch are the same questions that can be answered by reading the add or looking at the pic's... I am not trying to be rude. But pay attention. If the ad says motor is on stand! than there is a very good chance the motor is not in the car. or does the motor have a mid plate. once again . Look at the pic's do you see a mid plate. does the car have a full cage or roll bar.... well look at the pic that shows the inside do you see a cross support in front of wind shield. Best of all. a few calls asking this ..... If i payed a little extra to hear it run would i drop motor back in....... ANSWER. 7500. {THINK} before some of you ask such questions.... What you see here in this ad and what is stated that goes with this car... If my ad has offended some of you that has called. well then there is a pretty good chance you are not going to know how to either turn a wrench or follow directions as to installing the motor back in....... Why? YOU DON"T PAY ATTENTION.....
