This is a professionally built, NEW vehicle that uses the rehabilitated drive train and chassis from a Geo Tracker, three speed automatic with reverse, four wheel drive (transfer case has 4H, 4L, N, 2H) . Bigger, more powerful (the Gator weighs 1031 lbs with only a 19hp motor; this Tracker has a 95hp motor and weighs less than 1700 lbs), more ground clearance, much more durable and built to withstand rough treatment. The added power, torque and steel body enables this Tracker to out perform all these plastic and tissue thin tin ATV spin offs. Check out the Kawasaki Mule dump bed after a couple years, most I have seen are ROTTED THROUGH!!!! I have pictures!! Donor Vehicle History 1995 Geo Tracker, 16 valve, 95 hp, 1600 cc engine, electronic fuel injection. The vehicle was completely checked and anything that was not in good used condition was repaired or replaced. The engine has been rebuilt. The compression checked at 210 for all cylinders. The water jacket was checked when the new thermostat was changed and it is super clean. New gear oil in rear differential, checked in transfer case and front differential. Auto tranny checked, fluid and filter changed. Items repaired or replaced: new battery, new fuel filter, oil filter, air cleaner and oil. Radiator coolant replaced. Replaced fan belts, new starter, and thermostat ; New front brake pads. New rear shocks. Stock cat converter and muffler; very quiet. Stock Geo Tracker Components This vehicle’s complete drive train and suspension were kept Geo stock so future service or spare parts would not be a problem. Any garage that works on Geo Trackers or Suzuki Sidekicks will be able to perform any service on this vehicle. Vehicle has been built for off road use only but maintains all sensors. Vehicle Description Attention to detail was maintained to provide a weather resistant vehicle that may be out in rain/snow while hunting or working. The electronic components have been concentrated under the hood at the highest point and water sealed wherever possible. Stock Tracker instrument cluster used in a new steel driver’s dash unit designed to protect the electronics from weather. Stock speedometer, tach, temp, oil pressure, 4WD indicator and fuel gauge operational. Feel free to schedule a test drive and inspection prior to bidding on this vehicle. The body design is a modified monster utility ATV, Military Jeep or mini Hummer style, flat black acrylic enamel paint with hardener. Full brush guard to protect front fenders, lights and grille from damage. Paint is multiple coats of Redneck Trailer Products primer under multiple finish coats of synthetic flat black acrylic enamel with hardener. Chassis was cleaned and painted. Stock Geo undercoating maintained wherever possible, new undercoat applied where needed. Wheels and brush guard are Gloss red acrylic enamel with hardener. Under side of hood and chassis are flat black. Wiring harnesses are stock Geo Tracker, modified where applicable, primarily to remove stock lighting, audio, seat belt warning, etc. Stock ECU, all sensors, fuse blocks and necessary relays have been maintained. The body, except for the firewall and cockpit sub floor are completely NEW and Quality built from 20/22 GA rolled A-569 steel sheet over 16 GA steel tubing. Fenders are 19 GA steel purchased from Redneck Trailer Products and modified for this application. Sheet metal work minimized the use of body filler to be durable when going off road. The body is attached to the chassis/frame with the stock Geo stock rubber bushings. The cockpit finished floor is aluminum diamond tread plate, mirror finish. The front clip (hood, grille, brush guard) is hinged with two cable stops, which provide complete engine compartment access. The hinge pins can be removed to open the front clip wider or it can be completely removed in 5 minutes. The grille is made from ½” 16 GA A-569 expanded flattened steel to protect the radiator. Chrome spring loaded latches (jeep style) hold hood down. The cockpit includes two stock Geo front seats, adjustable up and back, back rest adjustable and retractable rear bench seat, can be 2, or 4 passengers. Seats covered with NEW seat covers over the original OEM seats. Stock Tracker foot room is maintained, driver seat can go back 19” from steering wheel (=60” waistline). Seat belts can be added but should be weatherproof lap belts if the vehicle will be exposed to rain/snow. The steering wheel and column is stock Geo Tracker with locking ignition key. Steering column is adjustable. Stock steering maintained. Light switches and auxiliary 12 VDC socket/ cigar lighter are located on dash. Automatic transmission, three speed plus reverse, is stock Geo Tracker, stock gear selector, stock parking brake and transfer case selector. Stock manual locking hubs in front. The rear body includes a dump bed, 48”W X 12”D. The dump bed is made from 20 AWG A-569 steel sheet over a frame of 1” and 1’ X 2” 16 AWG square steel tube. The dump bed has a 1 ½” X 1 ½” X 1/8” A36 steel angle trim around top that can be used for tie down points anywhere on either side. Load capacity is only limited to rear suspension load limit. Stock Geo Tracker rear foot room and seat space maintained; suitable for children or medium/small adult. Rear shocks have new Ride Control 1250 lb. capacity helper springs installed to maintain level ride with dump bed loaded. The dump bed has rubber bumpers where it rests on the chassis. Tail gate is hinged top and bottom, it can be swung open from top or bottom, and hing pins can be removed so tail gate can be removed completely. Locking storage and open storage are located under the rear seat. Stock Geo Tracker fuel tank, 11.1 gal capacity, stock fuel gauge sending unit, fuel filter and stock fuel pump are located under the dump bed and protected by a removable steel sheet. Rear has standard 2” square class IV trailer hitch receiver, drawbar not included.
