Parked in the garage in 1980-this is an original car that is in super original condition- I would clean it up as is and enjoy it without restoring it- if you want to restore it, this is an easy one. The only rust is under the rumbleseat pan (75. new at Mac's) and right behind the drivers door bottom, a tiny bit of rust out, that is almost nothing. That is it! The cowls are original and perfect. The motor is free and turns easily by hand. Car rolls, steers, clutch seems good and brakes work. Missing the rear rumble back seat spring. The top is in good shape. The original mohair upholstery is complete and intact, though not perfect. They don't get any nicer then this in their original form and the 26000 miles on the odometer could be correct. When CD rates are bringing less then a half a percent, why not buy loads of fun for your family and spend quality time together? This car is a bargain and better then money in the bank! Best of luck on bidding- no trades thank you and I won't be giving the reserve out. Just bid away to what you are comfortable with. I can store outdoors if you need time to arrange a trailer or hauler. I also know of a very reasonable hauler in the NY area that can help with delivery in the NY-PA areas. I will be away from March 3rd till March the 12th, so will have to make arrangements for pickup after the 12th.
