This car has a long history, and I will do my best to tell you everything that I know about it. If there is anything not covered in the description, please do not hesitate to ask. Here Goes... I got this car from the previous owner about 6 months ago. He brought the car to the shop for a bent rim, and it got towed in due to a flat on the bent rim (hit curb). The previous owner was military, getting ready to deploy, and did not want to keep the car anymore, and get a new one after his deployment. The car as it came in was completely rebuilt, far from stock. The vehicle had a lot of upgrades, including fully udjustable Suspension, 3 Piece Racing Wheels, Aftermarket Supercharger (was said to have cost $6k), Recaro Racing Seats, California legal Headers with Tag, Short Ram Intake, Intake Manifold, Completely Rebuilt Engine with new internals (Racing Pistons, Rods, Cams, etc.), Euro Clear Headlights and For Lights, HID Headlight Bulbs with Ballast, Hard Brake Lines, SAMCO Hoses All Around, New Interior (Custom Suade all around), Momo Steering Wheel, a LOT of Custom Carbon Fiber, MOMO racing pedal covers, and much much more, too much to remember. ***The way you see the car in the pictures is exactly how it is today*** Has VERY recent paint job, which is absolutely in EXCELLENT Shape! I myself own a body shop and know a good paint job when I see one, there was no money spared in this paint job/restoration... He then decided to take some of the expensive parts from the car that he can use or sell, and so he took the Suspension, Wheels, Seats, Steering Wheel, Supercharger, and shift knob. I thenbought the car from him after he removed the aboveparts, and since then have completed the car back to running/driving condition. I did not want to build another race car from it, and so I found most of the missing parts stock, to finish the car. The parts I have added to the vehicle: Bucket Suade seats to match interior, Stock suspension from same year Jetta, Stock Corrado 'Speedline' Wheels, New Khumo Tires, Basic Shift Knob, New Battery, New Alternator, and Stock ECU since his was reprogrammed for the supercharger from what I know. The Vehicle still remains with all the upgraded internals, and has a few thousand miles on rebuilt engine. All the carbon fiber is still intact, including Top of Radiator Support, Bottom of Dashboard, Mirror covers on inside, Dome Light Cover, Hatch Bracket Covers, Door Handles, and other small pieces. ALL the interior trim has been custom wrapped in suade (both door panels, rear side panels, head liner, and is in EXCELLENT shape. The rear seat has been removed, and has a custom made cover over it wrapped in black carpet to show a flush look with the trunk area. As seem in pictures of Engine Compartment, you can see that the 'Apron' area and where the shocks mount on the strut towers has been completely redone. The firewall is the same way, this had to be a pretty big project because the engine had to be removed to access all the area, and it was reshaved and remolded to have a sleek custom look, and then painted grey with clearcoat for show-look finish. This Corrado is said to have about $17K worth of work done to it, but obviously some of the more expensive parts as part of the investment have since then been removed. The car itself is in GREAT shape, drives VERY well, and shifts very smoothly. Engine and Transmission are both in Excellent condition, and it runs strong. All the lights in the cluster are in working condition, yet no check engine, or any other lights are on...this car has been built right. I got this car from the previous owner about 6 months ago. He brought the car to the shop for a bent rim, and it got towed in due to a flat on the bent rim (hit curb).
The previous owner was military, getting ready to deploy, and did not want to keep the car anymore, and get a new one after his deployment.
The car as it came in was completely rebuilt, far from stock. The vehicle had a lot of upgrades, including fully udjustable Suspension, 3 Piece Racing Wheels, Aftermarket Supercharger (was said to have cost $6k), Recaro Racing Seats, California legal Headers with Tag, Short Ram Intake, Intake Manifold, Completely Rebuilt Engine with new internals (Racing Pistons, Rods, Cams, etc.), Euro Clear Headlights and For Lights, HID Headlight Bulbs with Ballast, Hard Brake Lines, SAMCO Hoses All Around, New Interior (Custom Suade all around), Momo Steering Wheel, a LOT of Custom Carbon Fiber, MOMO racing pedal covers, and much much more, too much to remember.

Has VERY recent paint job, which is absolutely in EXCELLENT Shape! I myself own a body shop and know a good paint job when I see one, there was no money spared in this paint job/restoration...
He then decided to take some of the expensive parts from the car that he can use or sell, and so he took the Suspension, Wheels, Seats, Steering Wheel, Supercharger, and shift knob.
I thenbought the car from him after he removed the aboveparts, and since then have completed the car back to running/driving condition.
I did not want to build another race car from it, and so I found most of the missing parts stock, to finish the car. The parts I have added to the vehicle: Bucket Suade seats to match interior, Stock suspension from same year Jetta, Stock Corrado 'Speedline' Wheels, New Khumo Tires, Basic Shift Knob, New Battery, New Alternator, and Stock ECU since his was reprogrammed for the supercharger from what I know.
The Vehicle still remains with all the upgraded internals, and has a few thousand miles on rebuilt engine. All the carbon fiber is still intact, including Top of Radiator Support, Bottom of Dashboard, Mirror covers on inside, Dome Light Cover, Hatch Bracket Covers, Door Handles, and other small pieces. ALL the interior trim has been custom wrapped in suade (both door panels, rear side panels, head liner, and is in EXCELLENT shape. The rear seat has been removed, and has a custom made cover over it wrapped in black carpet to show a flush look with the trunk area.
As seem in pictures of Engine Compartment, you can see that the 'Apron' area and where the shocks mount on the strut towers has been completely redone. The firewall is the same way, this had to be a pretty big project because the engine had to be removed to access all the area, and it was reshaved and remolded to have a sleek custom look, and then painted grey with clearcoat for show-look finish.
This Corrado is said to have about $17K worth of work done to it, but obviously some of the more expensive parts as part of the investment have since then been removed. The car itself is in GREAT shape, drives VERY well, and shifts very smoothly. Engine and Transmission are both in Excellent condition, and it runs strong. All the lights in the cluster are in working condition, yet no check engine, or any other lights are on...this car has been built right.
