Im sorry but due to a rookie international bidder that was dreaming and did not know what he was doing we are no longer offering international sales. He completely ruined our last auction which was doing great. With that said we have relisted Grandpaws 1938 ford pickup truck, His pride and joy he owned for 40+ years, The little flathead V-8 engine fires right up at the touch of the key and immediately brings you back to the days of riding around with Granddad on the farm, Sounds cool too, He was a longtime ford employee who drove and serviced this truck at the dealership, He purchased it from a gentleman in Oklahoma who had come from further out west in California, This has always been a dry southern truck which explains how solid it is (One minor spot of rust on the frame very repairable and not bad for a 74 year old vehicle), Never subjected to salty roads or climates, This truck came black from the factory in 1938, Exterior is now red, Grandpaw had just finished redoing the bed in beautiful walnut wood and was about to put a brandnew gas tank in the truck when he fell ill and was forced to stop working on it therefore it still needs a new tank. (I've researched and new ones start at $149.00) He had it running off a small plastic gas can mounted underneath the bed, We have the original tailgate still black in color which is included but not on the truck, Lights need hooked up to the switch, All glass rolls up and down fine and the windshield folds out from the bottom fine as well as seen in the pictures, spare tire mounted on side, As stated above the vintage little flathead V-8 engine fires right up and runs great, transmission shifts fine, This truck has never been hotrodded rawhided or abused just driven to and from work most of the time, A few times to the local hardware store, This would make a great father/son/daughter toy to enjoy as is or build a neat hotrod truck, many possibilities with this one, Feel free to contact Paul at 901-219-9570 with any questions. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND SEND FUNDS HE OPENED UP HIS BRIEFCASE FULL OF EXCUSES AND SHOWED HIS STUPIDITY AND COULD NOT GO THROUGH WITH THE DEAL.
