I've owned this truck for 6 yrs, bouught w/216K miles. This truck is the heavy duty version of C2500 (8600GVW). It has the 5.7 engine, 4L80E trans, 3.73 open rear. The body is solid for a rust belt truck, bottom of doors are starting to show some signs of rust. It has a factory AM/FM cassette stereo and will include a factory AM/FM CD player stereo. Also the truck has a trailer brake setup in the cab. Parts replaced since ownership: Thermostat, alternator, fuel pump, front rotors/pads, all u-joints, new ign/door locks, door handles, and updated to GM alum wheels w/LT265/75/16 tires w/good treads. Engine and trans runs solid. Issues with truck: Needs new A/C compressor (it leaks), P/S leaks (either needs a new pump and/or lines) Added 2/24/2012: Forgot to add the e-brakes don't work, possibly frozen cable.
