This is a very nice truck. It is all original with the exception of the tires and batterys. It now has new batterys. The tires all hold air but are old. This is a one owner truck and has been very well maintained. A very clean truck. Starts, runs, and drives as good as can be. It needs new shocks on it and tires then it would drive like new. All glass is perfect. I believe it would pass any state inspection. You could drive it home if you wanted to. The interior is in perfect shape with the exception of one crack in the dash, see picture of dash. The seat is like new as well as the carpet and door panels. Comes with a "Back Saver" lift in the back, see picture, and a large tool box. This truck has 86,300 original miles, not turned over or back. This truck doesn't get used any more so it is time to let someone enjoy it. The engine and transmission are correct and work as they should. The truck was used as a delivery truck when it was new but the original owner has passed away and the son says sell it. Comes with the original title. There is absolutely NO rust on this truck. There is a small dent in the tailgate, one in the left box side, and a small scrape on the right front fender. There is a piece of plywood on the floor of the bed that was used to protect it. I have driven the truck in the past, I drove it last Friday when we did an inspection on it. Everything works as it did in 1979. Has an AM-FM radio and an older 23 channel CB that actually works. This would be a nice truck to drive, or restore, or pull out the diesel and put in a 350 gas engine. The opportunities are endless and this truck is near perfect so it won't take much to make it an eye catcher. Won't find an original 79 like this in the salt belt.
