The same family has owned this car since new. The car retains its original paint scheme with the striking salmon and white two-tone color combination and looks to have been repainted in the past 10-15 years. This St. Regis has its original Firepower 331 cid Hemi engine, two-speed automatic transmission, and is equipped with power steering, power brakes, power windows, power front seat, and original heater box. This car has been impeccably maintained and gets all the attention around town. It’s clear that this car was the best of the 50’s American luxury coupes, with unparalleled beauty, uncompromising performance, and fine build quality. Only minor cosmetic blemishes kept this from being a mint condition car. On the exterior, the chrome is in perfect shape except for some very minor pitting on the rear bumper. The paintwork is outstanding and the car’s overall appearance is truly striking. A few minor paint bubbles on the rear quarterpanels are visible upon close inspection, but there is no rust underneath and no bondo anywhere on the body. The undercarriage is immaculate.
