1976 Suzuki RE-5

First model introduced in 1974, Suzuki's revolutionary water-cooled rotary engine sports tourer, a very specialist bike, this model was one of the last built in 1976 last production 1977 it shows 12314 miles and in good original condition, I started it last year, and the engine sounded fine, it does have a flat spot when you rev the engine which i believe is a common fault so will need servicing, it was stored for some time prior to me buying and although its very clean and presentable it will need some finishing touches to present on the road such as tire walls have cracked battery will need replacing and general brake testing maybe a new chain, the chromes in good order but has some blemishes and bits of rust, header pipes and silencers are sold with small amount of surface rust spots, these bikes never had the best of chrome plate and plus alloy rims which could do with a polish, paint work is original with no dents in the tank great bike for restoration or pop in the shed for the next project, Any questions or more photo's please ring or email Richard 941-448-3571 deposit 48hrs after auction, balance with-in 7 days, due to scams any zero feed back please contact me before bidding
