I am relisting this vehicle again because of the former winning bidder unability to pay. Please do not bid if you can not pay according to my payment terms as is cost alot of money and time to list on eBay.I am selling my 1970 Volkswagen Beatle in excellent condition. Very low mileage of 67,303 which I believe to be correct by the overall condition of the car and also verfied by the previous owner. This is a rust free Texas car. I can find no rust anywhere on this vehicle. Even the orginal floor boards are solid without rust. Recently driven from Texas to Oklahoma and back and got 40.2 MPG. It has a new muffler, new shocks, new headliner, window tint and new carpet. When I bought the car I had no intention of ever selling it so I ran it through my shop and want from front to back, from top to bottom and replaced anything it needed to insure dependablity. I had no intention of selling, because if it did, I would not have spent the time and money;however, due to finances things have changed. I hate to let it go, but need the money for another project. My loss will be your gain. I mean that sincerly. I have been restoring vehicles for the past 40 years, many of them have been VW Bugs and I can safely say this is one of the best I have ever owned. You will not be disapointed with this vehicle.Recently rebuilt front end and then professionally aligned. Engine and transmission rebuilt two years ago.AM-FM cassette stereo system, good tires with chrome Volkswagen wheels and caps. Stainless steel runing boards,knerf bars and some engine chrome. It gets attention every where I go and is fun to drive. Very dependable and you can feel confident to get in this Bug and drive it anywhere. Fly in and drive it home if you want. Engine starts and runs great, does not leak or use oil. I also have a new aftermarket air-conditioner for this car that I will make the winning bidder a good deal on if wanted. Installing the air-conditioner would be my next step I planned for this car. I also have another vehicle for sale and which ever sells first I plan on keeping the one that does not sell.
