The engine is smooth and starts reliably, transmission is smooth and not clunky. I get 32mpg or better on the highway. Now, why is it for sale. I am the owner of Linda's Bar and Grill and Linda's DOWNBAR in Chapel Hill, NC. I bought this Mercedes as a project car, a hobby of mine to restore and fix up beautiful classic cars. I purchased this car in July and have invested $4000 into the restoration and daily drive-ability. As far as shipping, I am willing to drive up to 100 miles to deliver the car.
