Up for auction is my 1993 Ford F-150. I bought this brand new back in June, 1993. I drove it to work for about 10 years. The milage on the odometer reads about 131,000. It is NOT the accurate milage. Since 2001, I used the truck for general farm purposes, and snow plowing my driveway and the farm yard, hauling feed, going to actions, parts running etc. The reason the odometer is not accurate is I was checking crops and fence line and got a peice of wire wrapped around the drive shaft, which cut the wiring to the gas tanks and the odometer. I brought it to a local shop and they repaired the wiring, but forgot to tell them to repair the odometer / speedometer, and just never got it repaired. As you can see by the pictures, it does have the obvious rusting around the wheel wells and cab corners, and the typical crappy paint the manufactures used in the early 90,s. It deifinitely has a few dents and dings in it also. I had to get a different rear window as the original one got cracked by a board sliding into it, it is being held in place by black duct tape, that worked so good I never bothered to get the seal, since this was being used for farm puposes. It also needs a rear view mirror and the turn signals sometimes do not work. and will need shocks, and new brake lines to the rear brakes. . NOW, the engine starts very good, runs good, and idles good, it has a very good heater. I quit plowing snow with it about 3-4 yrs. ago, then I put in a new clutch, new pressure plate, new throw out bearing, new pilot bearing, and new hydraulic slave cylinder for the clutch. When I had the changed the clutch out, I also replaced the rear main engine oil seal, and also replaced the oil pan gasket. The distributor cap, rotor, and plug wires were also changed out about the same time. The battery is about 3-4 yrs old and works good, I put new tires on it about 2 yrs ago, they are Road Runner APT 235/75R15, and have about 80-90% tread left on them. I also installed an airbag system on the front suspension, which are inside the coil springs, to assist the suspension when plowing snow, you can see the airbags in one of the the pictures inside the front coil spring, I had that istalled for about $400.00. It uses very little oil, if any. It also has dual fuel tanks. I just dont need this truck no more and am going to sell it. THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTON. and starting at $450.00.
