Exterior Highlights: The exterior of the truck features the classic lines of the 1938 Chevrolet Pickup with a show quality laser straight body with spectacular cinnamon candy clear coat paint. The attention to detail is highlighted by the new bed which includes unbelievable high gloss wild cherry boards and stainless strips with hideaway fuel door access (see photos). The truck is all steel with fiberglass rear fenders. Nearly every bolt visible is stainless steel. The truck has an excellent stance set off by the wheel and tire combination of raised white letter tires on like new American Racing Wheels. The metal work on the truck is very tastefully done with matching etching in the engine compartment, on the dash, on the hideaway fuel tank access mechanism, and all the way down to the bow tie bed rail caps, everywhere you look there is detail. The front grill of the truck is new and the head light stands, door handles, hood hinges, and windshield frame have all been re-chromed. The truck has a new front bumper. The truck has a custom made roll pan with LED taillights. There is one minor imperfection in the paint around the lower passenger side door hinge (as hard to see in person as it is in the picture, very minor but nonetheless there), the rest of the paint is virtually flawless. This truck was built with great attention to detail which carries throughout. Interior Highlights: The interior of the truck is spectacular. The professionally done interior features two tone beige and brown throughout including the super comfortable cloth and vinyl bucket seats. The entire dash is spectacular with high gloss paint and a custom instrument cluster with a full array of VDO gauges in a highly detailed aluminum surround. The interior is complete including a highly detailed headliner with an overhead console housing the AM/FM CD player with remote - which sounds really good. The vehicle has a Grant Steering Wheel on a tilt column. Everything about the interior is in show condition. Mechanical Highlights: Mechanically this truck is equipped with a rebuilt Chevrolet 327 motor producing 375 horsepower. The motor is equipped with a 600 Edelbrock Carb, Crane Cam, HEI distributor, new pistons, oil pump, Aluminum intake, New timing chain, and new hydraulic lifters. The truck has a 700R-4 automatic transmission with Corvette servo, and a 2000 stall converter with shift kit. The truck is equipped with a 10 bolt posh-traction rear end with 3:42 gears. The truck is equipped with stainless steel exhaust with flow master mufflers and stainless steel tips. The engine compartment is decked out with billet items, aluminum radiator, and ceramic coated hooker headers. The undercarriage of the truck is super solid and very clean as can be seen in the pictures. The vehicle is equipped with Toyota power steering and manual front disc brakes. The entire front end of the truck has been rebuilt and includes the factory straight axel. The truck has a strong hot rod sound and starts, runs, drives and stops without issue.
