Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is an original 1969 GTO Judge hardtop. I bought this as a parts car or project car and don't need any parts nor do I have the time or resources for a project of this size. I don't know how many original Judges are left and I wish I could restore it, but I know it will make someone a special and rare collectible. It is sold as is as shown in the pictures. This is an original 4 speed Judge as verified by the build sheet shown. I have the rest of the documents from PHS available as well. It was in decent shape before the local vandals got a hold of it and broke all the windows and threw a log on the roof. It is a carousel red (orange) car with parchment (white) interior. Please note that there is an extra steering column shown in one of the pictures and that does not go with the car. Also, there is an extra right front fender that goes with the car that is not shown. The car will roll and will need to be trailered off or shipped at the buyers expense as there is no engine or transmission. It does have a rear differential that I assume is original to the car but is not guaranteed. The car and title are located in Odessa, Texas and it has been there for the last 25 years or so after originating in Arizona. There is a clear title to the car and it is ready to be signed over. A $200 non-refundable deposit via PayPal is due within 48 hours of the auction close. The balance is payable in cash or money order when or before it is picked up. Thanks for looking!! On Jan-29-12 at 18:54:03 PST, seller added the following information: I just noticed that the deposit is listed as $500 at the top, but it should only be $200 like it says in the description. I can't change the amount at the top. Thanks! On Feb-01-12 at 05:40:49 PST, seller added the following information: I added some additional pictures based on questions I received. I am limited to 24 and cannot delete the original pictures so this is apparently all I can display. I had my father go out and take these and also take note of certain areas that there were questions about. I added pictures of the VIN, data plate under the hood, and a couple of other miscellaneous ones. Here is what he saw: As the picture shows, the trunk floor is history. There is a driver seat (adjustment lever on the left side of it) and a rear seat but no passenger seat. There are extra door panels and rear sail panels but they are all really bad but can use the metal interior and some trim. The pedal are all present and the clutch rod that goes thru the firewall is there. The frame looks to be ok. The dash right at the vin #, surface rust but no holes. The floor panels are probably bad but I haven't gotten them cleaned enough to really tell. There are a couple of holes about under the clutch pedal so I assume there are more. The area behind the rear window which has the one hole but looks not too bad, even though the package tray is way bad. Hope that helps answer some questions. Thanks!!
