Up for sale 2002 BMW R1150 GS dual purpose bike. This bike comes with 1130cc. Boxer engine and 6 speed manual transmission. This bike comes standard with the options availiable for 2002 Gs model such as heated grips, ABS brakes,.Extras- Staintune exhaust (made in Australia) Russell Seat, engine and headlight crash bars, PIAA lights, good tread on both tires,highway foot pegs, custom behind rider alloy tray for baggage and misc. cargo. This bike was purchased from an insurance company therefore carries salvage title. Bike has following damages but no limited to: misc. scratches,front upper fender, windshield, left mirror, handle bar is bent on the left side, right side PIAA fog light glass/lens, rear emission bottle on the right side has punctured hole(does not affect bike performance) bent left rear saddle bag mounting bracket,seat has a small tear on it. Bike will need rear end turn signals tighten up.Bike had on it JESSE aluminum bags, I were able to save right saddle bag,and it will come with this bike sale. Overall bike is in good shape for its year and miles, of course its GS bike, which means all types of trails and road riding with its condition and usage. BIke is confirmed to start and engine runs, (battery is being on trickle charge and it might need a new battery) but its still holds charge. Bike rides good, all gears shift smooth and solid as they should, abs light stays on on the bike, so it will need to be reset or checked out, brakes works fine. This will be a great winter time project for someone who might have some spare parts to fix this bike, or if you do not care about its look you can probably ride it like it is, I've seen people done it to their GS enduro bikes!
