Two owner E24 635CSi in very good condition. Garage kept, non-smoker, no accident vehicle. Only three owners for the life of the vehicle. Vehicle runs fine. Leather and carpets are in excellent condition. No splits in the dashboard and all trim pieces are there. This example of a 635CSi is worth preserving or restoring. It has a great interior and exterior. It is mechanically sound. This is a great Grand Touring vehicle and a pleasure to drive. Vehicles today do not have the expansive glass area these coupes have. With the Natural color interior, the cabin really is a nice place to sit and watch the scenery go by. I bought this vehicle on eBay in 2007 and drove it across the country to Texas. Selling the vehicle as I no longer drive it and would rather have the space in the garage. There are two issues with the vehicle that I need to call out. It needs an air conditioning compressor and the paint has a defect in it that is known to the PPG Bronzit color. The vehicle looks good in photos but there are fine lines in the finish that look like scratches. The scratching only shows up in direct sunlight and not on overcast days. There is a posting on Bimmerfest forums that explains this and I have the link I can e-mail buyers. All the power accessories work. The driver's side headrest motor runs, but the gears are worn. The leather has no tears and is in great shape as are the carpets. This vehicle has not had a rough life. The car is completely original down the radio and metric tires. Even the power antenna works properly. The trunk is in fantastic condition and comes with a full TRX spare in very good condition. I believe there are all the original owners manuals and new vehicle literature included. The original casette cleaning kit is there. The tools are mostly there with a few missing. I have spare TRX tires and wheels in good condition that are available with the vehicle for no cost but will ship at your expense if not picking up. I also will include a custom sun shade, spare belts and hoses, and a complete set of new rotors. I have not made many repairs to the vehicle over the past six years. New Battery and the master cylinder was recently replaced as it was leaking. I have some receipts for work from the prior owner who did maintain the vehicle including the installation of a new radiator. My mechanic gave the vehicle a once over last week when he did the brakes and did not find anything that needed attention. Prior owner did remove the self-leveling rear suspension shocks. The pump is still there. I did install new factory front springs from BMW in 2009. The edge of the trunk lid was re-sprayed as I had the BMW accessory spoiler removed. Buyers/bidders are welcome to have their own independent inspection done. I recently drove the vehicle for 100 miles on Texas highways at 75 MPH (that's legal here!) with no problems. Cooling was fine, no burning smells or creaks. Transmission shifts smoothly and vehicle does drive well. While anything can happen with a 24 year old vehicle, I don't anticipate a problem driving this vehicle to it's next home. This is a no-reserve auction so it will sell to the highest bidder. Deposit required in 48 hours after sale or will be offered to next bidder. Deposit will be refunded if the vehicle is damaged prior to delivery or a professional inspection reveals a mechanical problem requiring more then $500 to repair. Payment must be completed within 10 days of auction end. Will cooperate with shipping vehicle or pick up from airport in Austin. Today the lightbulb on the trip computer went out while I was using it. The unit is functioning, but you can barely see the information. It will be a cheap fix, but I did want to point that out.
