1966 Suzuki b120

Up for sale is my 1966 Suzuki dual purpose motorcycle. This motorcycle is a load of fun. Lightweight, easy to handle and classic cool looks. This bike has seen a sheltered life and the condition shows it. The original paint is in good condition with a few nicks here and there from a long life. the paint was a bit of an orange color when I bought it in '09 but after polishing and waxing it turned to a vivid red. It is in perfect running condition and starts up usually on the first or second kick. Very cold mornings require a few more. It has a newer battery bought in '09 and a recovered seat in o.k. condition. the chrome is in good condition with some surface rust on the kickstand and the mirrors and on the exhaust very little rust. tires are in o.k. condition with lots of tread but they show their age, not sure how old, with a few cracks in the rubber, very useable still. There is a custom hand made leather mud flap for the back wheel in new condition. This bike turns heads everywhere I go and almost always gets a thumbs up or a conversation wherever I stop. It was a daily driver for me in '09 an'10 when I was going to school in Washington state, but has been sitting in the garage for the last year and a half with occaisional use. The engine is a two stroke and so has more power for the weight than an equally sized 4 stroke. the fuel is easy to mix. The bike has an oil tank on it and can be mixed automatically in the engine, but I have always just mixed it in the tank. Over all a very cool bike some minor issues: dent in right side chrome gas tank cover about the size of a quarter, could be pounded out with little effort, and suzuki emblem on the same side chrome gas tank cover is missing. clutch throttle and brake cables have been wrapped with electrical tape by previous owner but still in useable condition. very minor wear and tear for a bike that is 46 years old. mostly original conditionOn Jan-25-12 at 09:40:22 PST, seller added the following information: forgot to mention: this bike has a dual sprocket on the rear wheel. one sprocket for off road (low gear) and one sprocket for road driving (high gear) also it has a 4 speed transmission
