Vehicle Detail
1953 Ford Customline 4 door6 cylinder3 speed on columnThe car was painted in 1986 then went into storage in 1987. The car was just removed from storage this past summer. We replaced the brake lines, the wheel cylinders, fuel pump and rebuilt the carb. It runs and drives just fine (although it has bias ply tires on it).The paint job still looks very good! There are a few chips on the right (passenger) door and the left rear quarter has a dent in it (recent damage). The interior needs a lot of attention. The front seat is torn badly, there is no carpet and the door panels are worn. The rear seat has a full cover on it so actual condition is not known. But, this car is SOLID! There is no evidence of rust on this car! The floors, trunk and body are all strong. Car is unmolested, can easily be made into a nice driver.Special Ford 50th Anniversary Steering WheelThis car was acquired by our Toyota Repair garage. It is thought to be in the family of the previous owner since new. The current title shows it last transferred in 1984 to "the daughter". It is not titled in our name as we have a dealer license to buy/sell cars occasionally. We also have a dealer tag so you can test drive the car.Located near Harrisburg, PA Email us with any questions! Toytec91cycles@aol.comPhone number provided to serious buyers Car must be sold! ShipSaver On Jan-27-12 at 05:52:57 PST, seller added the following information: PLEASE NOTE: I realized that the statement about the title may not make sense if you are out of state or unfamiliar with title laws. We HAVE THE CLEAR TITLE! In Pennsylvania, you MUST get a car titled in your name once you purchase it UNLESS you are a dealer. We are a dealer so we are allowed to hold a title and do not have to put it in our name. THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE TITLE - we have it and can legally transfer it. Sorry for any confusion!
