Vehicle Detail
California car bought from friend 4 years ago in a basket, title is clear, current non op. Cleaned the frame real good, primed and painted it. The rear end is a Ford 9" from Currie, open diff, 28 spline with used 3.25 ring, 10" drums hung on new 1" drop super slider leafs with new Monroe shocks. The steering set up is Cavalier rack with 74-80 Granada disc set up, 2" Fat Man drop spindles and new 1" drop coils, Monroe shocks, Borgeson shafts and a home made column/wheel so I could move it around. The front end was all cleaned and painted with new stock rubber bushings. Brakes use new Mustang 11 dual master, its all plumbed. The engine is a 79 351 W on Butches Rod Shop mounts. Cylinders honed, new rings, bearings, oil pump, timing chain. Cleaned heads, intake, carb, nothing trick here, just wanted it to run. Trans is a used AOD from a 1990 tbird with a stock converter. I have a new driveshaft from Inland to bolt in. Just finished shift (floor) linkage . The front floor pan was real bad, welded in new panels there but the rest of the body was fairly straight, no major damage. All the parts are there, glass, handles, stainless (except for a 1 piece that goes on top of the driver door), lights, gauges, glass, 2 grills, bumpers, nerfs, original radio, headliner bows. The gas tanks been redone. I have the radiator, it looks decent. She needs starter, ignition, ps pump, wiring kit and exhaust to get it running.
